If you like good food you will feel at home with us.

All the meals are freshly cooked, and pretty much everything comes from local markets or our small but growing vegetable plot. We do not compromise on quality - the ingredients available here are so good that simple cooking shows them at their best

We also bake our own bread most days

A typical evening menu might be :

Crudite, saucisson, olives
Green salad with lardons, roquefort, walnuts, crouton
Roasted plaice with tarragon potatoes and green beans dressed with hazelnut oil
Local cheeses - Camenbert, Pave d'Auge, Livarot etc
Cherry and almond tart

Good quality red or white wine, or cider or beer as you choose

We are happy to cater for vegetarians, and will usually prepare a totally vegetarian menu if there is more than one vegetarian guest - just let us know in advance.
