We have a two room suite, two doubles and a twin room, all bar one with en-suite shower rooms. We do not have flat screen TVs, trouser presses, or kettles with sachets of instant coffee in the rooms (just ask and we will make you some proper tea or coffee) - but there are lots of books.

Tariff :

1st floor 2 room suite (one double and one single bed) with a large original limestone fireplace and chimney, wood burner, en suite shower room, own entrance - 90 euros per night for two, 100 euros for three

2nd floor double, ensuite shower room, own entrance - 65 euros per night

Twin room, ensuite shower - 65 euros per night

Small double, private shower room a few metres away down a corridor - 55 euros per night


Evening meals are 25 euros per head for four courses, including wine cider or beer

Small children can eat for free.

A 10% discount is offered on the accommodation price (not meals) for stays of 4 days or longer
